Governor Yahaya Bello To Give Assent To 12 Bills

Twelve Bills recently passed by the State Assembly will be given assent tomorrow by the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
The bills are:

1. Bill to repeal and reenact the law to establish Kogi State Polytechnic
2. Bill on Kogi State Education Endowment Trust Fund and the Board of Trustees Vested with Responsibility of Managing the Fund.
3. Bill on the establishment of ECWA College of Nursing and Midwifery, Egbe
4. Bill to establish CELUKE College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ojiapata.
5. Bill on Office of the Public Defender and Citizens Right
6. Bill on Administration of the Estates of the Deceased Persons in Kogi State.
7. Bill on Customary Court of Appeal of Kogi State.
8. A bill to repeal and reenact to establish Kogi State University, Anyigba.
9. A bill to make provision for the Management of Funds of the Kogi State House of Assembly
10. Bill to merge and establish Kogi State Science, Technically Education and Teaching Service Commission (STETSCOM)
11. A bill on Effective Surveillance of Maternal and Prenatal Deaths
12. A bill to establish Kogi State Land Use Charge
