Who we share your data with

Although you are entering into an Agreement with TheGovernor.NG to disclose your information to us, we do use third party individuals and organisations to assist us, including contractors, web hosts, and others to allow you to access the Site.

You agree not to hold us liable for the actions of any of these third parties, even if we would normally be held vicariously liable for their actions, and that you must take legal action against them directly should they commit any tort or other actionable wrong against you.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
