Hon. Teslim Igbalaye, the Secretary to the State Government of Osun, represented His Excellency at the 7th Annual Public Service Lecture held in honor of Chief Moses Inaolaji Aboaba, the pioneering Secretary to the Osun State Government and Head of Service.
The event, which took place on February 5, 2025, marked Aboaba’s 85th birthday and celebrated his significant contributions to the development of Osun State’s civil service.
The lecture, themed “Adherence to Rules and Regulations in Enhancing Effectiveness and Efficiency in Public Administration and Governance,” served as a platform for knowledge-sharing and capacity-building for public servants. Organized by the Moses Inaolaji Aboaba Trust Foundation, the event continues to honor Aboaba’s lasting legacy.
