Bayelsa State Government says it has approved and awarded the contract for immediate and comprehensive rehabilitation of the Etegwe/Imiringi Road.
The government in a statement says it approved the project due to the deplorable condition of the road.
The road will be closed to motorists for 6 weeks with effect from Saturday, November 13, 2021.
Commuters and the general public were advised to use alternative roads.
The Government added that it regrets any inconveniences this might cause the public.
