Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has created offices of a Deputy Chief of Staff and Special Adviser on Aviation.
A statement by Wike’s Special Assistant on Media, Kelvin Ebiri, said the offices were created to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the government.
The statement said: “To ensure activities are functioning efficiently and effectively, Governor Wike has announced the creation of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Port Harcourt.
“The Deputy Chief of Staff will be in charge of logistics, correspondence of the governor and legal matters. He has also announced the creation of the Office of the Special Adviser on Aviation.”
